ISIC Team Convenes in Pattaya for Training and Team Building May 13–15, 2022
A little over a month before the start of the academic year, the Institute of Science, Innovation, and Culture executives and staff went to Pattaya for its team building and joint staff & executive meeting.
ISIC Director Yaoping LIU, during his opening talk, emphasized the importance of cohesiveness, teamwork, focus, and good work ethics as the Institute prepares to open its doors to its pioneering 94 master and Ph.D. students.
The 3-day activity enabled ISIC personnel to know each other and learn from outside the office setting. Such experience allowed everybody to create a bond, thus ensuring more seamless cooperation between and among ISIC staff and executives and forging a highly professional office environment.
Part of the activity is a city tour to different historically significant places in Pattaya. The tour served as a way to educate foreign executives, teachers, and staff of the richness of the Thai culture, allowing foreign participants to understand the culture and Thai history, religion, and people.
